Filaform Adhesive Spray Extra Strength

For the prints that fight back.

High-warp materials. Tall parts on tiny footprints. Overnight jobs you can’t babysit. Extra Strength holds them all down, and still lets go once the bed cools.

Sound familiar?

Every first-layer failure, handled.

One bottle turns the least reliable step in 3D printing into the most boring one, and every print you don't reprint is filament and hours back in your pocket.

High-warp materials

ABS and friends peel off the bed the moment you stop watching. Big flat parts rarely survive to the last layer.

A stronger hold, formulated specifically for the materials that fight hardest.

Tiny footprints

Tall parts standing on a few square millimetres shear off mid-print and take the whole job with them.

Extra grip on whatever contact area the part gives you, even when it’s barely any.

The blob of death

A part that lets go overnight clumps molten filament around the nozzle until it swallows the hotend, tearing out thermistors and wiring, with repairs running into hundreds of dollars.

Keep the part anchored and the blob never gets its start: the cheapest hotend protection there is.

Failed overnight jobs

An eight-hour print that fails at hour six is a whole day gone, and filament, power and queue time with it.

Three seconds of spray before you walk away. Cheap insurance for the jobs you can’t babysit.

Perfect bottom layers

Glue sticks, roll-on and paint-on adhesives clump and layer up, so the bottom of every print inherits the lumps instead of the plate’s finish.

Goes on thin and evenly, perfectly transferring your build plate’s texture into the print, whether smooth, textured or patterned.

Stronger grip, stuck parts?

More hold usually means chiselling the part off afterwards and gouging the plate.

Not here: the same ~30 °C self-release as Standard. Parts come off clean when the bed cools.

Two formulas

Which spray do I need?

Standard

The everyday workhorse.

Pick it if: Most of your printing is general-purpose parts on common materials.

Works with

  • PLA
  • PLA+
  • PETG
  • ABS
  • Nylon

Extra Strength

This page

For the prints that fight back.

Pick it if: You print high-warp materials, or tall parts with very little bed contact, and everything else has let go.

Works with

  • PLA
  • PLA+
  • PETG
  • ABS
  • Nylon

Both formulations: not recommended for ASA on smooth build plates, as adhesion can become excessive.

Reviews

Don't take our word for it.

It just works… really really well

This stuff just works, spray it on, excellent adhesion, no lifting but prints are still easy to remove - to top it off it's really easy to clean the print surface and it won't leave a horrible residue. I'll never print without this stuff.

How to use

Four steps. Three seconds of work.

  1. Clean

Wash the build plate with warm soapy water and let it dry.

  2. Spray

One even coat across the build area, from 15–20 cm away. Let it dry for a few minutes.

  3. Print

The first layer stays put for the whole job.

  4. Release

As the plate cools to about 30 °C, the part lets go on its own. Between jobs, just re-spray the patch under the last part.
