Why Filaform
We didn't start by making filament. We started by needing better filament.
Filaform came out of a working print farm. When you are running printers continuously, filament quality stops being a preference and becomes an operating cost: every inconsistent spool is a failed print, a wasted day and a part that has to be made again. We could not reliably buy what we needed, so we developed it.
That is still the test every Filaform material has to pass: it has to be good enough that we would run it ourselves, unattended, at scale.

Filaform Adhesive Spray
The bottle that proves the point.
Development began in 2019. It was tested across hundreds of prints on more than 100 printers before it went on sale in 2022, and quickly became a best-seller.

Jaycar took the Adhesive Spray national in 2023, our first large-scale retail distribution. Bunnings Marketplace and JB Hi-Fi Marketplace followed in 2026, alongside independent retailers, eBay and Amazon.
