Returns
Filaform products are sold through retailers, so the store you bought from is your first point of contact; their returns process applies to your purchase. Where you bought directly from 3D Printer Gear, the policy below applies. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns & refunds: 14 days
Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if unopened, damaged in transit, or critically defective. Returns must include all original accessories and packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns, and shipping costs are excluded from refunds.
Replacements: 30 days
Replacements are available within 30 days for items damaged in transit, incorrect items, or critical faults. For business-critical situations an advanced replacement can be arranged with a refundable deposit equal to the item's retail value.
Before you send anything
Contact the support team on 1300 334 327 or admin@filaform.com.au first. Many filament issues can be resolved without a return, and if it is a genuine fault we will make the process easy. Keep the spool label handy: the batch number lets us trace the exact production run. Warranty terms are on the warranty page.
